Collaboration with institutions and universities from abroad provided exposure to our scientists and expertise of the highest standard. Our state of the art Laboratories and good collaborations has provided opportunities for our research scientists to conduct cohort studies and clinical trials of internationally recognized standards. |
Ethical Research and a Trained Workforce

| Our most important resource is our well trained and dedicated work force. We ensure our workers get continuous Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice(GCLP) training to ensure ethically and scientifically valid research. HIV Testing and Counseling services are at the core of our research and we make sure our counselors are periodically being trained on new developments in the field through courses organized by us or our partners. |
Pioneering new technologies in the region

| Our institution is proud to be at the forefront of introducing new innovative technologies in the region and the country .Capacity development on the use of the above is one of our priorities to enable the use of faster more accurate and safe diagnosis and treatment methods.Assisting the beneficiaries of the new technologies with training and supportive supervision ensures a rational use of resources and modulates the transition from the introduction to the routine use of the technology. |
Disseminating knowledge

| Seminars and workshops in our institution are a common occurrence with presenters from our country and abroad providing opportunities for scientific exchange to our employees and invited guests from the region. Apart from the two large conference halls equipped with up to date connectivity and 24 hours internet facilities,we are proud to offer our partners training in our laboratories on the use of various novel techniques and equipment. |
